This is your body in a state of fight or flight, activating your sympathetic nervous system, releasing stress hormones, raising your blood pressure and compromising your health in every which way.
You can change this response and stop the drain on your energetic system with a natural intuitive response. You can consciously choose to shift into a state of ease and restful awareness – counterbalancing the fight/flight response.
This is done with present moment awareness and holistic breathing. Breathe in for 3 counts and out for 7. Don’t shrug your shoulders; this tenses your chest and abdominal muscles – not conducive to healthy diaphragmatic breathing.
You have all you need to work through your immediate situations with wisdom and grace. Be open to this.
